By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. The processing of personal data under this Policy is subject to IUX24 Media LTD’s applicable Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy also covers the processing of personal data relating to our business partners, whether as individuals, representatives, or authorized persons of juristic entities, as well as any other persons involved in or appearing in media, content, or information created and/or published by us, whether directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be published on our website with its effective date indicated. Continued use of our Services after such publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is prepared in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws in the jurisdictions where our users are located, including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. References to such laws do not limit the applicability of other relevant laws. Where applicable laws impose additional obligations, such as the appointment of an EU representative, we will comply accordingly.
Collection of Personal Data
We emphasize data minimization and collect only personal data that is necessary for providing and improving our Services. When you use our Services, we may collect information that identifies you or can be used to contact you (“Personal Data”), including but not limited to:

We may also collect other information you provide through online forms, account registration, communications with support, or data and questions you input into our artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This includes information regarding your interests, such as news categories or investment topics you follow, to personalize content delivery.
Our website may automatically collect certain information about your usage, including login and logout records, error logs, pages visited, clicks, search history, session duration, and information regarding financial assets of interest. This may also include messages, commands, prompts, and contextual information submitted to our AI systems to enhance processing accuracy and user experience. Technical data such as ISP, IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, language, region, time zone, and access timestamps may also be collected for analytics, system optimization, and stability.
Additionally, we may receive information from third parties with your consent, such as data verification providers, analytics providers, financial market data and news providers, trading accounts or investment portfolios you voluntarily connect, and social media platforms where you authorize account linkage. Such data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy settings of the relevant third-party services.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data as defined by applicable laws (e.g., health data, biometric data, religious beliefs). If such data is inadvertently provided, we will delete or restrict its processing as appropriate and in accordance with applicable laws.
Personal data will be collected and processed only where necessary for the specific Services you choose and within the scope permitted by applicable law.

However, you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting your access to core Services.
Anonymous or aggregated data that does not identify individuals may be used for trend analysis, content improvement, and service optimization.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. However, we may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to operate our Services, including:

Such third parties are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations and may access personal data only as required.
We may also disclose personal data when required by law, court orders, regulatory authorities, or government agencies, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, public interests, or to investigate potential legal violations.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some Services may involve transferring or storing data on servers located outside your country, such as cloud infrastructure. Such transfers will be conducted only when necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized measures, to ensure adequate data protection.

Data you submit to our AI systems (AI Insights) is processed solely as necessary to fulfill your requests. We do not use such data to train or develop foundational AI models, nor do we disclose identifiable data to external AI model providers beyond what is strictly required. AI systems do not access user account data or sensitive financial information unrelated to processing your requests. All processing is subject to encryption and appropriate access controls.
Our AI systems do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. AI Insights functions solely as an analytical support tool and is not used for profiling affecting user rights or status.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide Services, improve systems, comply with legal obligations, or fulfill purposes stated in this Policy. Retention periods depend on data type, processing purpose, technical constraints, and applicable laws. When data is no longer required, it will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with our data governance and security standards.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures in line with industry standards to protect personal data, including encryption during transmission and storage, access controls, and continuous system monitoring.
Despite robust safeguards, internet transmissions carry inherent risks. We encourage you to protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected security incidents.
In the event of a personal data breach, we will promptly assess the situation, notify relevant authorities and affected individuals within legally required timeframes, and implement remedial measures transparently and responsibly.
